У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи маркетингових комунікацій в інтернеті, розглянуто сутність, принципи та інструменти маркетингових комунікацій підприємства, надана характеристика інструментам комунікації інтернет-маркетингу.
Проаналізовано маркетингову діяльність підприємства ФОП «Струнін Ю.О.»: досліджено мікроекономічне та макроекономічне середовище компанії, обґрунтовано вплив маркетингових комунікацій на ефективність комерційної діяльності підприємства «Струнін Ю.О.».
Запропоновано шляхи удосконалення маркетингової стратегії комунікацій на підприємстві ФОП «СТРУНІН Ю. О.»: розроблено заходи з удосконалення інтернет комунікацій, надано економічне обгрунтування доцільності реалізації запропонованих заходів.
The object of the research is the marketing-communications on the internet of enterprises.
The subject of the research is a set of theoretical and practical foundations of forming marketing online communications of PE «Strunin Y.O.».
The aim is to research the marketing communication activity of PE «Strunin Y.O.» and to develop directions for their improvemen.
The work deals with the theoretical foundations of enterprise’s marketing communication activity, considers the essence, principles and tools of marketing communications in the activity of enterprises, describes the methods of organization and management of marketing communication in the activity of enterprises and determines the importance of marketing communications for the enterprise.
The marketing communicstions of the enterprise PE «Strunin Y.O.» is analyzed in this work. The ways of improvement of marketing communications of PE «Strunin Y.O.» by developing innovative client policy and providing new communication methods.
