У роботі розглядено теоретичні аспекти соціально-психологічного клімату в організації. Визначено такі поняття, як «соціально-психологічний клімат», «конфлікт», «трудовий колектив», «тренінг».
Надано характеристику господарської діяльності ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад» та аналіз основних техніко-економічних показників досліджуваного підприємства. Проаналізовано склад та структуру персоналу, стан соціально-психологічного клімату організації, основні причини виникнення конфліктів у колективі та характер комунікацій керівництва з підлеглими.
Запропоновано шляхи поліпшення соціально-психологічного клімату в організації, стосунків між працівниками та згуртованості колективу, відповідно до виявлених проблем.
The work deals with the theoretical aspects of the socio-psychological climate in the organization. Such concepts as «socio-psychological climate», «conflict», «labor collective», «training» are defined. The characteristic of economic activity of LLC «Telecard-Device» is given and analysis of the main technical and economic indicators of the studied enterprise. The composition and structure of the organization’s personnel, state of socio-psychological climate in the organization, the main causes of conflicts in the team and the nature of communication between managers and subordinates are analyzed. In accordance with the identified problems were developed and proposed ways to improve the socio-psychological climate in the organization, employee relationships and team cohesion.
