У роботі розглядаються теоретичні погляди вчених на феномен тривожності, висвітлено її види та описано найпоширеніші причини виникнення тривожності у студентів. Предметом дослідження є вплив тривожності на психічне здоров’я студентів.
В результаті емпіричного дослідження визначено, що більша частина студентів має середній 47,8% та високий 41,3% рівень тривожності. Найбільш поширеним чинником виникнення тривожності у молодих людей виявились
острахи про самореалізацію та майбутнє.
Доведено, що динаміка прояву високої тривоги у студентів, негативно впливає на усі аспекти життєдіяльності

The work examines the theoretical views of scientists on the phenomenon of anxiety, highlights its types, and describes the most common causes of anxiety among students. The subject of the study is the impact of anxiety on the mental health of students.
As a result, of the empirical study, it was determined that the majority of students have an average 47.8% and a high 41.3% level of anxiety. The most common cause of anxiety in young people turned out to be fears about self-realization and the future.
