У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади започаткування власного бізнесу в Австрії в сфері ресторанного господарства; розглянуто загальну концепцію відкриття ресторану української кухні, досліджуються нормативно-правове регулювання підприємницької діяльності в Австрії у даній сфері.
Проаналізовано конкурентне середовище у сфері ресторанного господарства та визначені внутрішні конкурентні переваги новостворюваного бізнесу. Сформовано стартові та поточні витрати за проєктом.
Визначено доходи та прибуток від реалізації продукції, розраховано показники ефективності проєкту, охарактеризовані можливі ризики реалізації проєкту та шляхи їхньої мінімізації
The paper examines the theoretical principles of starting one's own business in Austria in the field of restaurant business; the general concept of opening a restaurant of Ukrainian cuisine is considered, the regulatory and legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity in Austria in this field is studied.
The competitive environment in the restaurant industry was analyzed and the internal competitive advantages of the newly created business were determined. Initial and current costs for the project have been formed.
Revenues and profits from the sale of products were determined, project performance indicators were calculated, possible risks of project implementation and ways of their minimization were characterized.
