Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження - процеси формування кадрової політики на підприємстві ТОВ «Е.К.О. ГРУП». У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти формування кадрової політики підприємства, її принципи, цілі, види, інструменти її формування. Проаналізовано техніко-економічні показники діяльності підприємства, кадровий склад персоналу, проведено оцінку стану кадрової політики підприємства; проаналізовано сучасний закордонний досвід стану кадрової політики в компаніях - зернових трейдерів, виявлено недоліки формування кадрової політики. Запропоновані рекомендації щодо вдосконалення кадрової політики підприємства ТОВ «Е.К.О. ГРУП» з урахуванням очікуваного соціального ефекту
