Проаналізовано основні фінансово-економічні показники діяльності ТОВ «Віп-Агро», організаційну структуру підприємства, досліджено стан управління соціально-психологічним кліматом в ТОВ «Віп-Агро»; проведена оцінка соціально-психологічного клімату в організації.
Запропоновано та обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо поліпшення соціально-психологічного клімату в ТОВ «Віп-Агро»
The work deals with the theoretical aspects of the study of the social and psychological climate at the workplace.
Author analysis the main financial and economic indicators of the activity of LLC “Vip-Agro”, the organizational structure of the enterprise, the state of management of the social and psychological climate of LLC “Vip-Agro”, was investigated. An analysis of the existing organizational culture in the organization was carried out.
Proposals for improving the social and psychological climate in LLC “Vip-Agro” were proposed and substantiated.
