Економічне обґрунтування проєкту створення аквапарку у Сергіївської громаді

Abstract

Розглянуто поняття та особливості розробки процесу обґрунтування та оцінки ефективності варіантів реалізації інвестиційного проєкту створення аквапарку у курортній громаді. Надано методологічні основи порівняльної ефективності інвестиційних проєктів, розглянуті питання аналізу аспектів реалізації варіантів проєкту створення аквапарку у Сергіївської громаді. Визначено технічні та економічні особливості створення аквопарку відкритого типу, розраховані грошовий потік, кеш-фло, показники ефективності проєкту дано оцінку ризикованості та реалістичності реалізації проєкту створення аквапарку в Сергіївської громаді.Concepts and features of the development of the process of substantiation and evaluation of the effectiveness of options for the implementation of the investment project of creating a water park in the resort community are considered.
