Інтелектуально-орієнтоване управління розвитком підприємства

Abstract

Мета статті полягає в уточненні сутності інтелектуально-орієнтованого управління розвитком підприємства, визначенні його ключових характеристик та обґрунтування концептуального підходу до його реалізації в умовах інтелектуалізації економіки. Методика дослідження. У процесі дослідження використано загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи, зокрема методи теоретичного узагальнення, аналізу і синтезу, системного підходу, логічного моделювання. Результати. У статті розкрито передумови формування інтелектуально-орієнтованого підходу до управління розвитком підприємства, зумовлені посиленням ролі знань, цифровізацією та ускладненням зовнішнього середовища. Уточнено зміст цього поняття та визначено його відмінності від суміжних підходів. Охарактеризовано систему принципів і запропоновано концептуальну модель, що відображає взаємозв’язок між знаннями, управлінськими процесами та результатами розвитку підприємства. Практична значущість результатів дослідження. Отримані результати можуть бути використані при удосконаленні системи управління розвитком, зокрема в частині інтеграції знань, інформаційних ресурсів та аналітичних інструментів у процес прийняття управлінських рішень, що сприяє підвищенню їх обґрунтованості, адаптивності та довгострокової ефективності. The purpose of the article is to clarify the essence of intellectually-oriented management of enterprise development, identify its key characteristics, and substantiate a conceptual approach to its formation under the conditions of economic intellectualization. Methodology of research. The research is based on the use of general scientific and special methods, including analysis and synthesis for examining existing approaches to enterprise development management, theoretical generalization for defining the conceptual foundations of intellectually-oriented management, a systemic approach for identifying its place within modern management paradigms, and logical modeling for developing a conceptual model of intellectually-oriented management of enterprise development. Findings. The study identifies the prerequisites for the formation of intellectually-oriented management, which are associated with the growing role of knowledge, digital transformation, and increasing complexity of the external environment. The essence of intellectually-oriented management of enterprise development is clarified, emphasizing its distinction from knowledge management, innovation management, and strategic management. The key features of this approach are determined, including the dominance of knowledge as a core resource, the analytical nature of decision-making, integration of information technologies, adaptability, innovation orientation, and integrative character. The system of principles underlying intellectually-oriented management is characterized, and a conceptual model is proposed, reflecting the interconnection between knowledge, management processes, and development outcomes, as well as the role of internal and external environments and feedback mechanisms. Practical value. The obtained results can be used to improve development management systems, particularly through the integration of knowledge, information resources, and analytical tools into decision-making processes, which enhances their validity, adaptability, and long-term effectiveness.
