Abstract

Розглянуто методологію формування рейтингової системи оцінки інноваційної діяльності окремих країн за допомогою розрахунку глобального індексу інновацій. Показано місце України у глобальному інноваційному рейтингу та виявлено сильні та слабкі сторони нашої країни в контексті глобальних тенденцій інноваційного розвитку. Запропоновано комплекс економічних заходів, щодо поліпшення ситуації у сфері інноваційної діяльності в Україні.The methodology of forming a rating system for assessing the innovation activity of individual countries using the calculation of the global innovation index is considered. The place of Ukraine in the global innovation ranking is shown and the strengths and weaknesses of our country in the context of global trends in innovative development are identified.
