Управління ресурсною базою в банках України

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються питання процесу управління і формування ресурсної бази, існуючі механізми та інструменти управління ресурсним потенціалом, та шляхи вирішення проблем пов’язаних з ресурсною базою банків України. У роботі узагальнено теоретичні підході до визначення таких понять як: «ресурси», «банківські ресурси», «ресурсний потенціал банків»; обґрунтовано економічну суть ресурсної бази та ресурсного потенціалу; структуровано складові ресурсної бази; проведено аналіз загального фінансово-економічного становища банківського сектору і окремо аналіз зобов’язань; проведено аналіз капітальної стійкості банківської системи України.

The paper deals with the issues of the process of management and formation of the resource base, existing mechanisms and tools for managing the resource potential, and ways of solving problems associated with the resource base of Ukrainian banks. The paper generalizes the theoretical approach to the definition of such concepts as: "resources", "bank resources", "resource potential of banks"; the economic essence of the resource base and resource potential is substantiated; structured components of the resource base; an analysis of the overall financial and economic situation of the banking sector and a separate analysis of liabilities; the analysis of capital stability of the banking system of Ukraine was conducted.
