Inclusion in the labor market: the path to economic growth and social development

Abstract

The article reveals the importance of inclusion in the labor market as a key factor in economic growth and social development. The authors emphasize that involving all population groups in economic activity – including women, people with disabilities, young people, older workers, and ethnic minorities –contributes to expanding labor potential, reducing unemployment, and increasing innovation and social cohesion. The key principles of an inclusive labor market, its advantages and barriers are examined, and strategies for implementing inclusion by the state, business, and civil society are presented.

В матеріалі розкривається значення інклюзії на ринку праці як важливого чинника економічного зростання та соціального розвитку. Автори акцентують увагу на тому, що залучення всіх груп населення до економічної активності – включно з жінками, людьми з інвалідністю, молоддю, літніми працівниками та етнічними меншинами – сприяє розширенню трудового потенціалу, зменшенню безробіття, підвищенню інноваційності та соціальній згуртованості. Розглянуто ключові принципи інклюзивного ринку праці, переваги та бар'єри, а також представлено стратегії впровадження інклюзії з боку держави, бізнесу та громадянського суспільства.
