Кар’єрні орієнтації у здобувачів вищої освіти у сучасних умовах розвитку сталого суспільного устрою

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано, що в умовах сучасних соціально-економічних трансформацій недостатньо систематизовано чинники, що впливають на формування кар’єрних орієнтацій у здобувачів вищої освіти. Метою дослідження стало виявлення та систематизування ключових чинників, що впливають на формування кар’єрних орієнтацій здобувачів вищої освіти в умовах сучасних соціально-економічних трансформацій. Методи дослідження включають аналіз наукових джерел, контент-аналіз освітніх стратегій, а також порівняльне оцінювання впливу соціально-психологічних змінних на кар’єрні орієнтації. За результатами проведеного дослідження доведено, що перелічені чинники мають як негативний, так і позитивний вплив на розвиток кар’єрних здібностей та можуть відчутно впливати на формування кар’єрних орієнтацій у здобувачів вищої освіти, визначаючи їхні можливості та перспективи на ринку зайнятості. Роль ЗВО у цьому процесі є визначальною: вони створюють освітнє середовище, що сприяє усвідомленому професійному самовизначенню, розвитку ключових компетентностей, адаптації до змін та формуванню реалістичних кар’єрних орієнтацій відповідно до потреб сучасного ринку праці. In the current context of societal transformation guided by the principles of sustainable development, the issue of youth career self-determination is gaining particular significance. Key global trends include automation, the integration of artificial intelligence into HR processes, the growing hybridization of employment forms, and shifting employee expectations regarding working conditions. The purpose of this study is to identify the specific features of the formation and development of career orientations among higher education students within the framework of a transforming society oriented toward sustainable development, taking into account the influence of social, economic, psychological, and educational factors. The formation of career orientations among young people is the result of a complex interaction between personal characteristics and the surrounding social context. A comprehensive approach to analyzing these factors enables a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of professional self-determination and supports the development of effective career growth strategies. It is noted that, in terms of their influence on the development of career orientations among higher education students, the relevant factors can be classified into endogenous, exogenous, and interactive. Exogenous factors are shaped by the external environment surrounding the individual and may be further differentiated by their nature. Endogenous factors constitute the internal foundation of career self-determination, defining the individual’s capacity for adaptation, development, and realization in the professional sphere. Interactive factors emerge from the interplay between endogenous and exogenous components, shaping a personalized trajectory of career development. These reflect not only external influences but also the individual’s ability to adapt, reflect, and make decisions in response to changing conditions. Based on the results of the conducted research, the factors influencing the development and formation of career orientations are proposed to be structured into three groups: Exogenous factors: technogenic, trend-related, political, economic, social, legal, cultural, and technological; Endogenous factors: psychological type, physical health, motivation, value orientations, educational and professional aspirations; Interactive factors: social interaction and adaptability to change. It is argued that these factors may exert both positive and negative influences on the development of career competencies and can significantly affect the formation of career orientations among higher education students, ultimately shaping their opportunities and prospects in the labor market.
