Облік, аудит і аналіз заробітної плати в сучасних умовах господарювання (на прикладі ТОВ «Одесагаз-постачання»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти обліку, аналізу та аудиту оплати праці. Проведено порівняльну характеристику виплат працівникам згідно вітчизняних та міжнародних стандартів. Здійснено аналіз показників з оплати праці та зроблено оцінку фінансового стану підприємства. Проведено економіко – математичне моделювання рівня оплатомісткості наданих послуг. Досліджено організаційні й правові засади аудиту праці та її оплати, основні методичні прийоми здійснення аудиту. Запропоновано напрями удосконалення обліку ТОВ «Одесагаз-постачання» зокрема, запровадити в обліку окремий рахунок для забезпечення відпусток працівників; переглянути Наказ та підготувати вичерпаний перелік положень щодо обліку зарплати; проводити індексацію заробітної плати. А, також напрями покращення діючої системи внутрішнього контролю через створення внутрішньої служби контролю.

Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study processes that ensure the efficiency of accounting, analysis and audit of wages. Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of accounting, analysis and audit of wages. The comparative characteristics of payments to employees according to national and international accounting standards are carried out. The analysis of indices of wages was made and an estimation of the financial condition of the enterprise was made. The economical and mathematical modeling of the level of the cost of services provided is carried out. Organizational and legal bases of audit work and pay, basic teaching techniques of auditing. It was offered: recommendations for improving the accounting and analytical support and internal control of payroll calculations at the LLC. «Odesagaz-postachaniy», in particular, to introduce a separate account for the provision of employee holidays; to review the Order and to prepare an exhaustive list of wage accounting regulations; to index wages. As well as directions for improving the existing system of internal control through the creation internal control service.
