Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти конкурентоспроможності підприємств ресторанного бізнесу, визначення факторів впливу на конкурентоспроможність підприємств ресторанного бізнесу, методи оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Проаналізовано стан галузі громадського харчування, загальна характеристика ресторану «Mr.Chef» та аналіз основних показників його діяльності. Запропоновано заходи з удосконалення управління конкурентоспроможністю ресторану «Mr.Chef»The work deals with the theoretical aspects competitiveness of restaurant business enterprises, determination of influencing factors on the competitiveness of restaurant business enterprises, methods of assessing enterprise competitiveness. Author analysis the state of the catering industry, the general characteristics of the restaurant "Mr.Chef" and the analysis of the main indicators of its activity. Measures to improve management of the competitiveness of the "Mr.Chef" restaurant are proposed
