Шляхи підвищення фінансово-господарської ефективності готелів малої місткості

Abstract

У випускній роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади управління діяльністю готельних підприємств малої місткості, досліджуються способи підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємств малої місткості. Аналізується стан фінансово-господарської діяльності готельного підприємства «Анабель» за 2016-2017 роки. Оцінюється ефективність діяльності готельного підприємства. За результатами дослідження обґрунтована доцільність впровадження нового інвестиційного проекту. Проаналізована його ефективність. Наведені в дипломній роботі результати аналізу й рекомендації з підвищення фінансово-господарської ефективності готелів малої місткості можуть широко застосовуватися для роботи у готельному бізнесі України, що обумовлює практичну цінність роботи.

The object of the study is the process of increasing the efficiency of providing services to small-scale hotel companies. The subject of the study is the management of the economic efficiency of the hotel “Annabelle. In the final work, theoretical foundations of the management of the activity of hotel enterprises of small capacity are examined, methods for increasing the efficiency of small-capacity enterprises are explored. The state of financial and economic activity of the hotel enterprise "Annabelle" for 2016-2017 is analyzed. The efficiency of the activity of a hotel enterprise. Based on the results of the study, the feasibility of introducing a new investment project is justified. Its effectiveness is analyzed. The results of the analysis and recommendations on improving the financial and economic efficiency of small hotels can be widely used in work in the hotel business of Ukraine, which makes the work practical.
