Бюджетний процес та його оптимізація в Україні

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто організацію сутність бюджетного процесу, організації бюджетного процесу, визначено завдання та критерії оптимізації бюджетного процесу, належним чином проведено діагностику виконання державного бюджету, розглянуто бюджетний процес як об’єкт державного фінансового контролю. Досліджено зарубіжний досвід оптимізації бюджетного процессу та можливості його адаптації до сучасних умов в Україні.The paper examines the organization of the essence of the budget process, organization of the budget process, defines the tasks and criteria for optimization of the budget process, properly performs diagnostics of the execution of the state budget, considers the budget process as an object of state financial control. The foreign experience of optimization of the budget process and the possibility of its adaptation to the current conditions in Ukraine are investigated.
