Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти формування стратегії розвитку промисловогопідприємства. Проаналізовано фактори, що впливають на розвиток приладобудівних підприємств України, визначено конкурентну позицію приладобудівного підприємства. Розроблено стратегію розвитку приладобудівного підприємства.The master's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of the research is "Telekart Prylad" LLC. The paper considers the theoretical aspects of the formation of a strategy for the development of an industrial enterprise. The factors influencing the development of instrument-making enterprises of Ukraine were analyzed, and the competitive position of the instrument-making enterprise was determined. A strategy for the development of the instrument-making enterprise has been developed.
