Державний бюджет як інструмент макроекономічного регулювання

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто теоретичні засади державного бюджету як інструменту макроекономічного регулювання, його сутність, функції та механізми формування. Досліджено еволюцію бюджетної системи України, а також вплив бюджетного регулювання на економічний розвиток країни. Досліджено динаміку та структуру доходів і видатків державного бюджету України, оцінено стан збалансованості бюджету, а також проаналізовано ключові тенденції дефіциту бюджету та його вплив на економіку. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення бюджетної політики України, включаючи досвід розвинутих країн, зокрема стосовно підвищення ефективності управління бюджетними ресурсами, зменшення дефіциту бюджету та посилення його ролі у забезпеченні економічної стабільності.The paper considers the theoretical principles of the state budget as an instrument of macroeconomic regulation, its essence, functions and mechanisms of formation. The evolution of the budget system of Ukraine, as well as the impact of budget regulation on the economic development of the country, is studied. The dynamics and structure of revenues and expenditures of the state budget of Ukraine are studied, the state of budget balance is assessed, and the key trends of the budget deficit and its impact on the economy are analyzed. Directions for improving Ukraine's budget policy are proposed, including the experience of developed countries, in particular regarding increasing the efficiency of budget resource management, reducing the budget deficit and strengthening its role in ensuring economic stability.
