Удосконалення роботи з персоналом як складова економічної безпеки ПАТ «Одескабель»

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти загроз, пов’язаних з діяльністю персоналу, що зумовило необхідність дослідження управління загрозами персонала як функціональної складової економічної безпеки підприємства. Таке бачення дозволило визначити загрози безпеки підприємства. Проаналізовано стан організації роботи щодо забезпечення безпеки персоналу ПАТ «Одескабель» та результати виробничо-економічної діяльності ПАТ «Одескабель», що демонструє позитивну динаміку, а показники довгострокової та короткострокової ліквідності свідчать про зменшення фінансової залежності. Визначено загрози безпеки, пов’язаної з діяльністю персоналу. Для зниження загроз, пов’язаних з діяльністю персоналу ПАТ «Одескабель» запропоновано: впровадження посади психолога; організацію співпраці з медичним центром; організацію тестування за фахом для кожного працівника. Економічно обгрунтовано, що впровадження заходів зниження загроз, пов’язаних з діяльністю персоналу, полягає у зменшенні кількості звільнених робітників. Економічний ефект полягає у зростанні операційного прибутку на 1730,4 тис.грн.

The paper considers the theoretical aspects of the threats connected with the activities of the personnel, which determined the need to study the management of threats of personnel as a functional component of the economic security of the enterprise. Such a vision made it possible to identify the threats to the security of the enterprise. The state of the organization of the work on ensuring the safety of the personnel of enterprise "Odeskabel" and the results of production and economic activity of enterprise "Odeskabel", which demonstrates positive dynamics, are analyzed, and indicators of long-term and short-term liquidity indicate a reduction of financial dependence. The security threats associated with personnel activities are identified. To reduce the risks associated with the activities of the staff of enterprise "Odeskabel", it was proposed: introduction of a psychologist's post; cooperation with the medical center; specialist testing for each employee. It is economically grounded that the implementation of measures to measure the threats associated with the activities of staff is to reduce the number of redundant workers. The economic effect is the increase in operating profit by 1730.4 ths.
