Управління рентабельністю на підприємстві (на прикладі ТОВ «ЗАРС»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти управління рентабельністю підприємства, чинники забезпечення зростання рентабельності підприємства, методичні засади оцінки рівня рентабельності підприємства, проведено розгляд показників для розрахунків рентабельності підприємства. Проаналізовано динаміку техніко-економічних показників ТОВ «ЗАРС», проведено дослідження рентабельності підприємства ТОВ «ЗАРС» Запропоновано заходи з метою підвищення рівня рентабельності: створення власного маркетингового відділу, покращення системи управління кар’єрного зростання. Проведено розрахунок економічної ефективності запропонованих заходів.Thesis consists of three chapters. The object of research - profitability of LLC "ZARS". The work considers the theoretical aspects of enterprise profitability management, factors of ensuring the growth of enterprise profitability, methodological foundations for assessing the level of enterprise profitability, the indicators for calculating the profitability of the enterprise are considered. The dynamics of technical and economic indicators of "ZARS" LLC is analyzed, the study of profitability of the enterprise "ZARS" LLC is conducted. Measures to increase the level of profitability are proposed: creation of own marketing department, improvement of career management system. The calculation of economic efficiency of the proposed measures is carried out.
