Abstract

The relevance of this topic is determined by the fact that Ukraine is currently in a kind of bifurcation point that determines the trajectory of its subsequent movement. At the same time, on the one hand, world experience shows that in XX and especially in XXI art. an economic breakthrough is possible only on the basis of state capitalism, which implies the controlled development of the economy.Актуальність даної теми визначається тим, що Україна в даний час у своєрідній точці біфуркації, що визначає траєкторію його подальшого рух. Водночас, з одного боку, світовий досвід свідчить, що в XX і особливо в ХХІ ст. економічний прорив можливий лише на осн державного капіталізму, який передбачає контрольований розвиток економіки.
