Фінансове планування на підприємстві та напрямки його удосконалення

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти економічних категорій «фінансове планування» та «бюджетування», а також методи оцінки ефективності управління процесом фінансового планування на підприємстві. Проаналізовано діяльність підприємства. Проведена оцінка фінансової діяльності та фінансового стану ТОВ «Елефант». Запропоновано заходи підвищення ефективності процесу фінансового планування та перспективні напрямки їх вирішення на ТОВ «Елефант».Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of the economic categories "financial planning" and "budgeting", as well as methods of evaluating the effectiveness of managing the financial planning process at the enterprise. The financial condition of the enterprise was analyzed. An assessment of the financial activity and financial condition of "Elephant" LLC was carried out. Measures to improve the efficiency of the financial planning process and promising directions for their solution at "Elephant" LLC are proposed.
