Управління джерелами фінансування підприємств та оптимізація структури капіталу

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти процесу фінансування підприємств та його форм, охарактеризовані внутрішні та зовнішні джерела фінансування підприємств, розкриті методичні підходи до оптимізації структури капіталу підприємства. Проаналізовано джерела фінансування підприємства, їх структуру та динаміку, проведено аналіз управління структурою капіталу, здійснено економіко-математичне моделювання процесу формування капіталу на КП «Теплопостачання м. Одеси». Запропоновано рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності управління структурою капіталу КП «Теплопостачання м. Одеси». Описано пропозиції щодо удосконалення структури капіталу підприємства.

The work deals with the theoretical aspects of processing of financing of enterprises and its forms, describes the internal and external sources of financing of enterprises, the methodical approaches to optimizing the capital structure of the enterprise are disclosed. The sources of financing of the enterprise, their structure and dynamics have been analyzed, the analysis of capital structure management has been carried out, economical-mathematical modeling of the capital formation process at the CE "Teplopostachannya Odessa" has been carried out. Recommendations for improving the efficiency of the capital structure management of the CE "Teplopostachannya Odessa" were proposed. The proposals on improving the capital structure of the enterprise are described.
