Управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємств готельного господарства

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються розвиток теоретичних і методичних засад, розробка методичних і практичних рекомендацій щодо управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємств готельного господарства. Досліджено науковий і теоретичний базис конкурентоспроможності підприємств готельного господарства та проаналізовано прикладні аспекти втілення його в діяльність підприємства. Здійснено аналіз специфіки управління конкурентоспроможністю готельного господарства. Обґрунтовано удосконалення конкурентоспроможності готельного підприємства та розроблено систему мотивації персоналу як фактору підвищення конкурентоспроможності.

The main idea of the research is the development of theoretical and methodical foundations, the elaboration of methodical and practical recommendations for management of competitiveness of the hotel industry enterprises. The paper gives a detailed analysis of scientific and theoretical basis of competitiveness of the hotel industry enterprises as well as of applied aspects of its transformation into the activity of the enterprise. A specifics of management of competitiveness of the hotel industry is analyzed. In conclusion it is written about the improvement of competitiveness of the hotel industry enterprise, more specifically through the development of employee motivation strategy as one of the main factors for increasing competitiveness.
