Проектування системи набору і відбору персоналу

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти формування системи набору та відбору персоналу, цілі і завдання підбору та відбору персоналу в організації, джерела і методи підбору персоналу, технології відбору персоналу. Проаналізовано характеристику діяльності ПРАТ «ВО «Стальканат - Сілур», характеристику системи набору і відбору персоналу в організації, ефективність діючої системи набору і відбору персоналу. Запропоновано пропозиції, які спрямовані на вдосконалення існуючої системи набору і відбору персоналу на підприємстві та прорахована економічна та соціальна ефективність запропонованих заходів.
