Шляхи підвищення інвестиційної привабливості регіону (на прикладі Одеської області)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти інвестиційної привабливості регіону, факторі та умови формування інвестиційної привабливості в регіоні, методи та критерії оцінки інвестиційної привабливості регіону. Проаналізовано основні показники інвестиційної привабливості Одеського регіону, на основі якого визначено місце Одеської області серед областей України. Запропоновано інтегральний показник інвестиційної привабливості Одеської області, основні напрями поліпшення інвестиційного середовища та прогноз основних макроекономічних показників інвестиційної привабливості Одеського регіону.

In qualifying work the theoretical aspects of investment attractiveness of the region, the factors and conditions for the formation of investment attractiveness in the region are considers. The methods and criteria for assessing the investment attractiveness of the region are researches. The main indicators of the investment attractiveness of the Odessa region are analyzed, on the basis of which the place of the Odessa region among the regions of Ukraine is determined. The integral indicator of the investment attractiveness of the Odessa region is proposed. The main directions of improvement of the investment environment and the forecast of the main investment indicators of the Odessa region are proposed.
