Інтелектуалізація економіки як чинник трансформації сучасних економічних систем

Abstract

У статті здійснено теоретичне узагальнення сутності інтелектуалізації економіки та обґрунтовано її значення як одного з ключових чинників трансформації економічних систем. Узагальнено підходи вітчизняних і зарубіжних науковців до трактування інтелектуалізації економіки, визначено її змістовні характеристики та основні напрями прояву в економічних процесах. Проаналізовано взаємозв’язок інтелектуалізації з трансформаційними змінами в економіці, що відображаються у структурних зрушеннях, інституційних перетвореннях та зміні моделей поведінки економічних агентів. Особливу увагу приділено місцю інтелектуалізації в системі чинників економічного розвитку та її інтегративній ролі у формуванні інтенсивних моделей економічного зростання, орієнтованих на накопичення й ефективне використання інтелектуального потенціалу. Отримані результати сприяють поглибленню теоретичних уявлень про процеси інтелектуалізації економіки та можуть бути використані у подальших дослідженнях проблем трансформації економічних систем. The article provides a comprehensive theoretical generalization of approaches to understanding the intellectualization of the economy and substantiates its role as a determining factor in the transformation of economic systems. The relevance of the study is due to the increasing significance of knowledge, innovation, and intellectual resources in the formation of economic potential, which causes a change in traditional models of economic development and mechanisms for creating added value. The study analyzes the main scientific approaches of domestic and foreign scientists to the interpretation of the intellectualization of the economy, identifies its essential characteristics and key manifestations in economic processes. It is shown that the intellectualization of the economy is not limited exclusively to the development of the knowledge economy or innovative activity, but reflects a broader transformation process that encompasses structural, institutional, and behavioral changes in economic systems. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the relationship between intellectualization and the transformation of the structure of the economy, the change in the role of human and intellectual capital, and the reorientation of economic development from extensive to intensive growth models. It is substantiated that intellectualization performs an integrative function in the system of factors of economic development, strengthening the effect of traditional factors of production and forming the prerequisites for increasing the adaptability and competitiveness of economic systems. It is concluded that the intellectualization of the economy is not only the result of scientific and technical and technological changes, but also the driving force of the transformation of economic systems, which determines the directions of their further evolution.
