Удосконалення системи управління інтелектуальною власністю кабельних підприємств

Abstract

Інноваційний розвиток сучасних підприємств є важливою умовою підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємств як на внутрішніх, так і на зовнішніх ринках збуту. Проте сьогодні існує низка причин, які гальмують інноваційний розвиток українських підприємств. Успішність інноваційної діяльності підприємства багато в чому залежить від активного формування та використання інтелектуальної власності. Для її раціонального використання на підприємстві необхідно створити ефективну систему управління цими процесами. Метою статті є визначення основних напрямків удосконалення системи управління інтелектуальною власністю підприємств кабельної промисловості. Розглянуто основні проблеми формування інтелектуальної власності підприємств. Досліджені основні тенденції в розвитку підприємств кабельної промисловості та виділено перспективні напрямки підвищення конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних підприємств даної галузі. Визначено напрямки вдосконалення системи управління інтелектуальною власністю підприємств кабельної промисловості (перехід від механістичних до органічних структур управління; створення спеціалізованого відділу з управління інтелектуальною власністю; формування системи оцінки ефективності використання інтелектуальної власності; вдосконалення системи обліку об'єктів інтелектуальної власності, тощо).

Innovative development of modern enterprises is an important condition for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in both domestic and foreign markets. However, today there are a number of reasons that hinder the innovative development of Ukrainian enterprises. The success of innovative activities of the enterprise largely depends on the active formation and use of intellectual property. For its rational use at the enterprise it is necessary to create an effective system of management of these processes. The purpose of the article is to determine the main directions of improving the intellectual property management system of cable industry enterprises. The main problems of formation of intellectual property of enterprises are considered. The basic tendencies in development of the enterprises of the cable industry are investigated and perspective directions of increase of competitiveness of the domestic enterprises of this branch are allocated. The directions of improvement of the intellectual property management system of cable industry enterprises (transition from mechanistic to organic management structures; creation of a specialized department for intellectual property management; formation of a system for assessing the effectiveness of intellectual property; improvement of the intellectual property accounting system, etc.) are identified.
