Abstract

На сьогоднішній день в Україні існує значна диференціація населення за рівнем доходів. Одним із основних факторів такої ситуації є значна відмінність у заробітній платі, як в окремих галузях, так і в окремих регіонах України. Така нерівність у заробітній платі веде до багатьох проблем, таких як внутрішня та зовнішня міграція населення, депопуляція регіонів, соціальні та економічні кризи. Тому все більшої уваги у наукових колах набуває дослідження, що стосуються аналізу сучасного стану оплати праці в Україні, виявлення основних тенденцій, а головне оцінки впливу факторів на формування рівня заробітної плати та прогнозування її на майбутнєTo date, there is a significant differentiation of the population by income level in Ukraine.
