Організація музейної справи та управління музейною діяльністю

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес управління музейною діяльністю та організації музейної справи. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти музейної справи. Розглянуто також теорію музейного менеджменту та особливості фінансової діяльності музейних закладів. Проаналізовано сучасний розвиток і діяльності музеїв України та Франції. За допомогою PEST і SWOT аналізу визначені зовнішні і внутрішні чинники, які впливають на музейну діяльність в України та Франції. Запропоновано впровадження нової посади фандрайзер в сучасну діяльність музейних закладів України. Також запропоновано впровадження спеціальної карти, яка дасть вільно відвідувати музейні заклади в культурних центрах України.Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study the process of managing museum activities and organization of museum studies. Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of museum studies. The theory of museum management and features of financial activity of museum institutions are also considered. Author analysis modern development and activity of the museums of Ukraine and France. Using PEST and SWOT analysis, external and internal factors that influence museum activities in Ukraine and France are identified. Author proposes introduction of a new position fundraiser into the modern activity of museum institutions in Ukraine. It is also proposed to introduce a special card that will allow free access to museum institutions in the cultural centers of Ukraine.
