Система управління витратами підприємства: проблеми та шляхи її вдосконалення

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти управління витратами підприємства: економічна сутність витрат та їх види, процес формування витрат за центрами відповідальності та місцями їх виникнення та складові системи управління витратами. Проаналізовано специфіку діяльності підприємства, основні показники його господарської діяльності, склад та структуру витрат підприємства за економічними елементами, склад собівартості, витрати на оплату праці, поділ витрат за центрами відповідальності. Запропоновані напрямки подолання проблем щодо управління витратами на ТОВ «ОПВК»; розроблені рекомендації щодо удосконалення системи управління витрат на підприємстві.

Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of cost management of the enterprise: the economic essence of expenses and their types, the process of formation the expenses by the centers of responsibility and places of their occurrence and components of the cost management system. Author analysis the the specifics of the activity of the enterprise, the main indicators of its economic activity, the composition and structure of the enterprise expenses by economic elements, the composition of the cost, labor costs, and the separation of costs by the centers of responsibility. Author proposes directions of overcoming the problems in managing expenses at OPCTC LLC and recommendations for improving the system of cost management at the enterprise.
