управління персоналом. Розкрито сутність мотивації та теорії процесів мотивування. Проаналізовано техніко-економічні показники діяльності ДП «АГРОФІРМА „РУТА“». Досліджено рух персоналу та систему управління персоналом. Запропоновано пропозиції вдосконалення системи мотивації персоналу на ДП «Агрофірма “Рута”».
