Діяльність казначейської служби в сучасних умовах

Abstract

В роботі визначено сутність діяльності казначейської системи, визначено необхідність адаптації системи АС «Є-Казна» до сучасних умов та результати запровадження системи дистанційного обслуговування «Клієнт казначейства - Казначейство»; проаналізовано залишки коштів на ЄКР Державної казначейської служби України та органів ГУ ДКСУ в Одеській , Волинській, Вінницькій області; виявлено проблемні питання щодо забезпечення їх вирішення в площині більш ефективного функціонування фінансовими потоками через казначейську систему , розроблено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення управління єдиним казначейським рахунком.

The thesis defines the essence of the treasury system's activity, identifies the need for adaptation of the E-Kasna system to the current conditions and the results of the implementation of the system of remote servicing "Treasury Client - Treasury"; the balance of funds was analyzed on the CEC of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine and the organs of the State University of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Odessa, Volyn, Vinnytsia region; the problem issues were solved in order to ensure their solution in the area of more efficient functioning of financial flows through the treasury system; proposals were made to improve the management of a single treasury account.
