Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти обліку та контролю розрахунків з оплати праці Проаналізовано стан розрахунків на підприємстві, фінансовий стан підприємства, забезпеченність та використання трудових ресурсiв, ефективністьвикористання коштів на оплату праці Запропоновано приділити увагу порядку формування первинної інформації,впровадити систематичне проведення комплексного аналізу стану, динаміки та структури розрахунків з оплати праці:розробити гнучкі тарифні ставки та міжпосадові оклади: розробити систему оплати праці з зацікавленістю робітників у кінцевому результаті.The work deals with the theoretical aspectsaccounting and control of payroll calculations. Author analysisthe state of payments at the enterprise, the financial condition of the enterprise, the security and use of labor resources, the effectiveness of the use of funds to pay for labor.
