Економічне обґрунтування розширення сфери діяльності підприємства (на прикладі Великодолинського заводу залізобетонних конструкцій)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес обґрунтування ефективності проекту щодо перспектив розширення сфери діяльності Великодолинського заводу залізобетонних конструкцій. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти розширення діяльності сучасних підприємств: розглянуто сутність, види та механізм створення підприємства; обґрунтовано сутність проєкту як основного інструменту розширення діяльності підприємства; особливості проєктної діяльності у виробничій сфері. Проаналізовано фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства; надано оцінку зовнішнього середовища на ринку будівельних матеріалів; обґрунтовано доцільність розширення сфери діяльності підприємства та освоєння нової продукції. Запропоновано напрямки розширення сфери діяльності підприємства на прикладі Великодолинського заводу залізобетонних конструкцій.The master's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of the study is the process of substantiating the effectiveness of the project regarding the prospects for expanding the sphere of activity of the Velikodolinsky plant of reinforced concrete structures. The paper examines the theoretical aspects of expanding the activities of modern enterprises: the essence, types and mechanism of enterprise creation are considered; the essence of the project as the main tool for expanding the enterprise's activities is substantiated; peculiarities of project activities in the production sphere. The financial and economic activity of the enterprise was analyzed; an assessment of the external environment on the building materials market is provided; the expediency of expanding the scope of the company's activity and the development of new products is substantiated. The directions for expanding the scope of the enterprise's activity are proposed, using the example of the Velikodolinsky plant of reinforced concrete structures.
