Виконання державного бюджету за видатками

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи формування системи видатків бюджету, у тому числі економічна сутність бюджетних видатків та їх роль у соціально-економічному розвитку країни, класифікація видатків, склад, організація управління видатками бюджету. Проаналізовано виконання видаткової частини Державного бюджету за 2019-2023 роки, визначено особливості планування, досліджено вплив державного фінансового контролю у системі забезпечення ефективності бюджетних видатків. Досліджено пріоритетні напрями удосконалення організації виконання державного бюджету за видатками. Запропоновано напрями оптимізації видатків державного бюджету України в умовах воєнного стану.The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the formation of the budget expenditure system, including the economic essence of budget expenditure and their role in the socio-economic development of the country, classification of expenditure, composition, organization of budget expenditure management. The implementation of the expenditure part of the State Budget for 2019-2023 was analyzed, planning features were determined, and the influence of state financial control in the system of ensuring the effectiveness of budget expenditures was investigated. The priority directions for improving the organization of state budget execution by expenditures have been studied. Directions for optimizing expenditures of the state budget of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law are proposed
