Abstract

роботі розглядаються поняття, значення та процедура здійснення експортно-імпортних операцій; вивчено особливості управління та державного регулювання здійснення експортно-імпортних операцій в сучасних кризових умовах національного та закордонного ринку; досліджено методи оцінки ефективності управління експортно-імпортними операціями підприємства; Проаналізовано організаційно-економічну характеристику досліджуваного підприємства; охарактеризовано систему управління ТОВ «Укрспецконтейнер»; проаналізовано стан управління експортно-імпортними операціями досліджуваного підприємства. Запропоновано організаційно-економічні заходи вдосконалення управління експортно-імпортними операціями ТОВ «Укрспецконтейнер»; розглянуто удосконалення управління експортно-імпортними операціями за умови диверсифікації ринків збуту продукції підприємства.The work considers the concept, meaning and procedure of export-import transactions; studied the peculiarities of management and state regulation of export-import operations in modern crisis conditions of the national and foreign markets; the methods of evaluating the efficiency of management of export-import operations of the enterprise were investigated; The organizational and economic characteristics of the investigated enterprise were analyzed; the management system of "Ukrspetskonteiner" LLC is characterized; the state of management of export-import operations of the investigated enterprise was analyzed. Organizational and economic measures to improve the management of export-import operations of Ukrspecscontainer LLC are proposed; the improvement of the management of export-import operations under the condition of diversification of the enterprise's product sales markets is considered.
