Abstract

У роботі охарактеризовано бізнес-ідею започаткування власної справи на ринку послуг у сфері ресторанного господарства. Розглянуто умови організації та здійснення підприємницької діяльності в Україні у сфері ресторанної справи. Обґрунтовано вибір організаційно-правової форми бізнесу та системи оподаткування. Досліджено конкурентного середовища на ринку послуг ресторанної справи м. Одеси. Оцінено конкурентоспроможність та зроблено SWOT-аналіз нового бізнесу. Сформовано витрати на створення та функціонування закладу. Зроблено прогноз прибутку від реалізації послуг кав`ярні. Оцінено економічну ефективність проекту. Проаналізовано можливі ризики проекту та запропоновано заходи щодо їх мінімізації.

The business idea of starting your own business in the market of services in the restaurant industry is described. The conditions of organization and implementation of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine in the field of restaurant business are considered. The choice of organizational and legal form of business and taxation system is substantiated. The competitive environment in the market of restaurant services in Odessa city is studied. Competitiveness is assessed and SWOT-analysis of new business is made. The costs for the establishment and operation of the institution are formed. The forecast of profit from realization of services of cafe is made. The economic efficiency of the project is estimated. Possible risks of the project are analyzed and measures to minimize them are proposed.
