Адаптивна модель управління підприємством в умовах економічної нестабільності

Abstract

У статті досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти формування адаптивної моделі управління підприємством в умовах економічної нестабільності. Метою дослідження є наукове обґрунтування підходів до формування адаптивної системи управління, здатної забезпечити економічну стійкість, гнучкість та конкурентоспроможність підприємства у сучасних кризових умовах. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси адаптивного управління підприємством в умовах економічної нестабільності. У дослідженні використано методи аналізу, синтезу, узагальнення, системного та структурно-функціонального аналізу, графічного моделювання й логічного узагальнення. Оригінальність статті полягає у формуванні комплексної адаптивної моделі управління підприємством, яка поєднує стратегічне та оперативне управління, систему моніторингу зовнішнього середовища, управління ризиками, цифровізацію процесів, кадрову адаптивність і механізми антикризового реагування в єдину систему забезпечення економічної стійкості підприємства. Практична значущість статті полягає у можливості використання розробленої адаптивної моделі управління у діяльності підприємств різних сфер господарювання для підвищення економічної стійкості, конкурентоспроможності та ефективності управлінських рішень. The article explores the theoretical and practical aspects of forming an adaptive model of enterprise management in conditions of economic instability. The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate approaches to forming an adaptive management system capable of ensuring economic stability, flexibility and competitiveness of the enterprise in modern crisis conditions. The object of the study is the processes of adaptive enterprise management in conditions of economic instability. The study used methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, system and structural-functional analysis, graphic modeling and logical generalization. Based on the conducted study, the main problems of the functioning of enterprises in conditions of an unstable external environment were identified, in particular the impact of economic risks, digital transformation, and personnel shortage and crisis phenomena. The article substantiates the need to form a comprehensive adaptive model of enterprise management, which is based on the principles of flexibility, systematicity, risk-orientedness, innovation and continuous monitoring of the external environment. An adaptive enterprise management model has been developed, which includes blocks of monitoring, adaptive planning, risk management, digitalization, personnel adaptability, control and continuous improvement. It has been determined that the implementation of the proposed model in the activities of the enterprise contributes to increasing economic sustainability, competitiveness, efficiency of management decisions and the ability of the enterprise to respond promptly to changes in the external environment. The originality of the article lies in the formation of a universal comprehensive adaptive enterprise management model, which combines strategic and operational management, an external environment monitoring system, risk management, digitalization of processes, personnel adaptability and anti-crisis response mechanisms into a single system for ensuring the economic sustainability of the enterprise. Unlike existing scientific approaches, the proposed model takes into account modern challenges of the functioning of enterprises in conditions of economic instability, in particular military risks, digital transformation, personnel shortage and rapid changes in the market environment. The practical significance of the article lies in the possibility of using the developed adaptive management model in the activities of enterprises in various sectors of the economy to increase economic sustainability, competitiveness and efficiency of management decisions. The proposed adaptation mechanisms will allow enterprises to respond in a timely manner to changes in the external environment, minimize risks, optimize the use of resources, improve the management system and ensure stable functioning in crisis conditions, as well as the possibility of implementing digital management tools, monitoring systems and adaptive planning to ensure the long-term development of the enterprise.
