Економічне обґрунтування проєкту створення SPA- комплексу

Abstract

дослідження – процес обґрунтування доцільності створення SPA-комплексу. У роботі розглядаються представлено характеристику бізнес-ідеї започаткування власної справи SPA-комплексу; розглянуто умови реєстрації для ведення підприємницької діяльності в Україні; обґрунтовано вибір організаційно-правової форми підприємницької діяльності та системи оподаткування SPA-комплексу. Проаналізовано конкурентів на ринку SPA-послуг міста Одеса; здійснено оцінку внутрішніх конкурентних переваг SPA-комплексу; визначені стартові витрати на створення SPA-комплексу; сформовано поточні витрати на функціонування SPA- комплексу, а також прогнозовано прибуток від реалізації проєкту створення SPA- комплексу; розраховано показники економічної ефективності проєкту; проаналізовано можливі ризики та заходи щодо їх мінімізації.The qualification work of the bachelor consists of three chapters. The object of the study is the process of justifying the feasibility of creating a SPA-complex. The work considers and presents the characteristics of the business idea of starting one's own SPAcomplex business; the conditions of registration for conducting business activities in Ukraine were considered; the choice of the organizational and legal form of business activity and the taxation system of the SPA-complex is substantiated. Competitors on the market of SPA-services in the city of Odesa were analyzed; internal competitive advantages of the SPA-complex were assessed; initial costs for creating a SPA-complex are determined; the current expenses for the operation of the SPA-complex were formed, as well as the profit from the implementation of the project to create the SPA-complex was predicted; indicators of economic efficiency of the project were calculated; analyzed possible risks and measures to minimize them
