Розробка туристично-рекреаційної складової стратегії економічного розвитку Шабівської ОТГ

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес розробки заходів місцевого економічного розвитку міста у частині складової туристично-рекреаційного розвитку. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти розвитку територій: поняття місцевого економічного розвитку міста, нормативно-правові засади стратегічного планування в Україні на місцевому рівні, методичні підходи до формування програми туристично-рекреаційного розвитку міста, основні елементи механізму її реалізації. Проаналізовано економічний стан розвитку Шабівської ОТГ, виявлено основні тенденції розвитку, визначені сильні та слабкі сторони ОТГ, можливості та загрози зовнішнього середовища. Запропоновано актуалізацію стратегію розвитку Шабівської ОТГ у частині складової туристично-рекреаційного комплексу ОТГ на період до 2030 р., розроблено план дій з реалізації проектів розвитку окремих видів туризму Шабівської ОТГ

The Master's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of study is the process of developing measures of local economic development of a city as part of a component of tourist and recreational development. The theoretical aspects of territorial development are considered in the work: the concept of local economic development of the city, normative and legal bases of strategic planning in Ukraine at the local level, methodical approaches to the formation of the program of tourist and recreational development of the city, the main elements of the mechanism of its realization. The economic state of development of the Shabovskaya ATC is analyzed, the basic tendencies of development are revealed, the strengths and weaknesses of the ATC, opportunities and threats of the environment are identified. The strategy of development of the Shabovsky ATC in the part of the component of the tourist and recreational complex of the ATC for the period up to 2030 is offered, the plan of actions for the implementation of projects of development of certain types of tourism of the Shabovsky ATC is developed
