Розвиток інфраструктури фондового ринку України для забезпечення ефективної інвестиційної діяльності: теоретичні аспекти

Abstract

Метою статті є визначення особливостей інфраструктури фондового ринку України в контексті забезпечення ефективної інвестиційної діяльності. Досліджено теоретичні основи формування інфраструктури фондового ринку. У статті наведено визначення інфраструктури фондового ринку. Досліджено складові інфраструктури фондового ринку. Визначено цілі та пріоритети розвитку суб’єктів інфраструктури з урахуванням внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища. Досліджено функціонування фінансових посередників в контексті забезпечення ефективного функціонування фондового ринку. Наведено класифікаційні ознаки фінансових посередників як суб’єктів інфраструктури фондового ринку. Доведено, що інфраструктура фондового ринку інтегрована в інвестиційне середовище учасників фінансового ринку. Практична значимість даної роботи полягає у надані рекомендації щодо удосконалення посередницької діяльності та модернізації інфраструктури фондового ринку України.

The purpose of the article is to determine the features of the infrastructure of the stock market of Ukraine in the context of ensuring effective investment activities. The theoretical bases of stock market infrastructure formation are investigated. The article defines the infrastructure of the stock market. The components of the stock market infrastructure are studied. The goals and priorities for the development of infrastructure entities, taking into account the internal and external environment, have been identified. The functioning of financial intermediaries in the context of ensuring the effective functioning of the stock market is studied. The classification features of financial intermediaries as subjects of the stock market infrastructure are given. It is proved that the infrastructure of the stock market is integrated into the investment environment of financial market participants. The practical significance of this work lies in the recommendations provided for the improvement of intermediary activities and modernization of the infrastructure of the stock market of Ukraine.
