Оцінювання впливу економічної безпеки на конкурентоспроможність підприємств аграрного сектору

Abstract

Метою статті є теоретичне обґрунтування системного взаємозв’язку між економічною безпекою та конкурентоспроможністю підприємств аграрного сектору, а також кількісне оцінювання впливу ключових безпекових факторів на ринкові позиції суб’єктів господарювання. Методами дослідження є: діалектичний підхід, комплексний та системний підхід, методи індукції та дедукції, кореляційно-регресійний аналіз, інтегральне оцінювання. У результаті дослідження встановлено наявність прямого взаємозв’язку між рівнем економічної безпеки та конкурентоспроможністю аграрних підприємств. Підвищення фінансової стійкості, рентабельності діяльності, продуктивності праці та ефективності використання активів сприяє зміцненню ринкових позицій підприємств, покращенню їх фінансових результатів та формуванню стійких конкурентних переваг. Побудована економетрична модель дозволила кількісно оцінити вплив окремих складових економічної безпеки на рівень конкурентоспроможності підприємств. Практичне значення проведеного дослідження полягає у можливості використання розробленого підходу для оцінювання економічної безпеки аграрних підприємств, виявлення напрямів діяльності та обґрунтування управлінських рішень щодо підвищення їх конкурентоспроможності. This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the impact of economic security on the competitiveness of enterprises in the agricultural sector. It has been established that economic security is a comprehensive characteristic of an enterprise’s operations, encompassing financial, production, investment, innovation, and human resources components, and determining its ability to ensure stable functioning amid external and internal risks. Based on an analysis of the activities of leading agricultural enterprises, a system of indicators for assessing economic security and competitiveness has been developed. The study utilized enterprise data from 2015–2025, which enabled the creation of an information base for constructing an integrated index and conducting correlation and regression analysis. The study confirmed the existence of a direct correlation between the level of economic security and the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. Improving financial stability, profitability, labor productivity, and asset utilization efficiency contributes to strengthening enterprises’ market positions, improving their financial results, and forming sustainable competitive advantages. The constructed econometric model allowed for a quantitative assessment of the impact of individual components of economic security on the level of enterprise competitiveness. The results indicate that financialsecurity indicators and the efficiency of utilizing an enterprise’s resource potential have the greatest impact on competitiveness. The practical significance of this study lies in the possibility of using the developed approach to assess the economic security of agricultural enterprises, identify areas of activity, and justify management decisions aimed at enhancing their competitiveness. Prospects for further research include refining th methodology for developing an integrated economic security index, expanding the list of influencing factors, and applying modern econometric models to forecast the level of competitiveness of agricultural enterprises in the context of Ukraine’s economic transformation.
