Експлікація концептосфери філософського дискурсу феномена «інформаційне суспільство»

Abstract

Метою дослідження є виявлення змісту концепту «інформаційне суспільство», елементів, що мисляться в ньому, його внутрішньої структури та системи складовою якої він виступає, через його співставлення з концептами «постіндустріальне суспільство», «суспільство знання», «smart-суспільство». До методів, що застосовувалися слід віднести перш за все гіпотетико-дедуктивний, компаративістський, структурно-функціональний, герменевтичний. Було зроблено висновок, що інформаційне суспільство являє собою новий етап розвитку людства, який характеризується наявністю високорівневих інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій та розвиненої інформаційної інфраструктури, що забезпечує вільний доступ будь-якої людини до інформаційних ресурсів та сприяє збільшенню ролі продукування інформації як форми трансляції змістом якої виступає знання, що відбувається на тлі трансформації всіх сфер життя суспільства та реалізації принципів ефективності та оптимізації організації буття як окремої людини, так і суспільства в цілому.

The purpose of this article is to identify the content of the concept of «information society», the elements perceived in it, its internal structure and the system component of which it is, by comparing it with the concepts of «post-industrial society», «knowledge society», «smart-society». Among the methods that were used, first of all, there were hypothetico-deductive method, structural-functional analysis, comparative analysis, hermeneutical methods. It was concluded that the information society is a new stage in the development of mankind, which is characterized by the presence of high-level information and communication technologies and a developed information infrastructure, which ensures that any person has free access to information resources and contributes to the increase in the role of production of information as a form of translation whose content is knowledge, this happens against the background of the transformation of all spheres of society and the implementation of the principles of efficiency and optimization of the organization of being both of an individual and society as a whole.
