Моделювання ринку землі в Україні

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти щодо моделювання ринку землі України. Проаналізовано сучасний стан агропромислового комплексу України та проблеми впровадження прозорого ринку землі, побудовано модель ринку землі в Україні. Запропоновано ввести державне регулювання для обмеження обсягів продажу земель, комітет з оцінки вартості земель.

Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of modeling the Ukrainian land market. The present state of the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine and the problems of the introduction of a transparent land market, the model of the land market in Ukraine have been analyzed. It is proposed to introduce state regulation for limiting sales of land, a committee for assessing the value of land.
