Фінансовий капітал в умовах глобалізації

Abstract

Дипломна робота складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процеси розвитку фінансового капіталу.. Предмет дослідження - теоретичні, методичні основи і науково- практичні засади удосконалення механізмів розвитку фінансового ринку світу та України. Мета роботи - дослідження еволюції і характеру основних форм фінансового капіталу. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи еволюції форм та функцій фінансового капіталу в умовах глобалізації. Використовувалися методи порівняння, аналізу і синтезу, індукції і дедукції. Місце і роль трансформаційних змін фінансового капіталу та його вплив на соціально-економічний розвиток розглядається через призму взаємозв’язку теорії і практики, загального і особливого. Зроблено аналіз основних економічних показників України, узагальнено зарубіжний досвід у цій сфері.

Thesis consists of three sections. Object of research - processes of development of financial capital. Subject of research - theoretical, methodical bases and scientific and practical bases of improvement of mechanisms of development of the financial market of the world and Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to study the evolution and nature of the main forms of financial capital. The paper deals with the theoretical foundations of the evolution of forms and functions of financial capital in the conditions of globalization. Methods of comparison, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction were used. The place and role of transformational changes in financial capital and its impact on socio-economic development is considered through the prism of the relationship between theory and practice, general and special. The analysis of the main economic indicators of Ukraine is made, the foreign experience in this area is generalized.
