Фінансово-економічна безпека підприємства як складова антикризового управління

Abstract

У роботі для зміцнення для зміцнення фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства запропоновано створення відділу фінансово – економічної безпеки. Витрати на організацію відділу фінансово-економічної безпеки у 2017 році складуть 229,32 тис.грн. За розрахунками порогу рентабельності та запасу фінансової стійкості встановлено, що зона фінансової стійкості зросте після створення відділу фінансово-економічної безпеки на 1392,84 тис.грн. або на 0,18%.

In the work for the strengthening of the financial and economic security of the enterprise proposed creation of a department of financial and economic security. Costs for the organization of the financial and economic security department in 2017 will amount to 229.32 thousand UAH. According to the calculations of the threshold of profitability and the stock of financial stability, it is established that the zone of financial stability will increase after creation of the department of financial and economic security by 1392,84 thousand UAH. or by 0,18%.
