Теоретико-практичні аспекти проблеми газлайтингу як форми психологічного насильства в сімейних відносинах

Abstract

Ця стаття присвячена розгляду теоретико-практичних аспектів проблеми газлайтингу як форми психологічного насильства в сімейних відносинах. На даний час дослідження феноменологічної природи явища газлайтингу є одним із найбільш актуальних та значущих напрямів психології, бо дана проблема за глобальними масштабами своєї динамічної прогресії дуже швидко розростається і охоплює своїм украй негативним зараженням величезну кількість сімейних пар. У свою чергу, як відомо, сім’я є осередком нашого суспільства. Водночас соціальний інститут сім’ї має бути оплотом формування здорового українського суспільства. Однак на даний час характерними особливостями сімейних відносин є те, що все частіше й частіше інститут сім’ї знаходиться в умовах соціально-сімейної кризи, яка полягає в значній зміні шлюбно-сімейної ідеології, поглядів чоловіків і жінок на сімейне життя, розподіл ролей у сім’ї, подружню вірність, характер відносин між поколіннями. У такій ситуації не кожна з сімей справляється з усіма труднощами, які вимагають мобілізації, адаптації до тих чи інших соціальних змін, у результаті чого зростає загальна емоційна напруга, рівень агресії, незадоволеність, частішають сварки, конфлікти, часто це призводить до появи насильства в сім’ї. Особливу тривогу викликає проблема психологічного насильства в сім’ї, бо є однією з найменш вивчених і найбільш важких форм міжособистісного насильства між членами однієї сім’ї або людьми, що перебувають в інших інтимних відносинах (подружні пари), а так само є вихідною формою насильства, на основі якого виникають фізичне та сексуальне насильство. У свою чергу, прояви газлайтингу як феномена сьогодення можна віднести до більш витончених своєрідних форм психологічного насильства. Водночас феноменологічна природа цього явища нині є менш вивченою. Таким чином, у контексті сказаного вище обране тематичне спрямування досліджень видається нам найбільш значущим і актуальним як у теоретичному, так і практичному сенсі. У роботі наводиться проведений нами теоретичний аналіз наукової та науково-методичної літератури з вищезазначеної проблематики. Описуються етапи проведеного нами емпіричного дослідження. Наводяться отримані результати. This article is devoted to consideration of the theoretical and practical aspects of the problem of gaslighting as a form of psychological violence in family relationships. At present, the study of the phenomenological nature of the gaslighting phenomenon is one of the most relevant and significant areas of psychology, since this problem is growing very quickly on the global scale of its dynamic progression and covers a huge number of couples in its country with a negative infection. In turn, as is known, the family is the center of our society. At the same time, the social institution of the family should be a stronghold for the formation of a healthy Ukrainian society. However, at present, the characteristic features of family relations are that more and more often the institution of the family is in the conditions of a social and family crisis, which consists in a significant change in the marriage and family ideology, the views of men and women on family life, the distribution of roles in the family her, marital fidelity, the nature of relations between generations. In such a situation, not every family copes with all the difficulties that require mobilization, adaptation to certain social changes. As a result, the general emotional tension, the level of aggression, dissatisfaction increases, quarrels and conflicts become more frequent, often this leads to the appearance of violence in the family. The problem of psychological violence in the family is of particular concern, as it is one of the least studied and most severe forms of interpersonal violence between members of the same family or people in other intimate relationships (married couples), and is also an initial form violence, on the basis of which physical and sexual violence arise. In turn, the manifestations of gaslighting as a phenomenon of the present time can be attributed to more refined and peculiar forms of psychological violence. At the same time, the phenomenological nature of this phenomenon is currently less studied. Thus, in the context of the above, the thematic direction of research chosen by us seems to us to be the most significant and relevant both in the theoretical and practical sense. The paper presents our theoretical analysis of scientific and scientific-methodological literature on the above-mentioned issues. The stages of the empirical research conducted by us are described. The obtained results are presented.
