Abstract

Конфлікт є невід’ємною частиною життєдіяльності кожного підприємства. Тому виникає необхідність у поглибленому вивченні сучасних закономірностей формування організаційних конфліктів, способів їх ліквідації та боротьби з їх наслідками. Аналіз діяльності сучасних підприємств показує, що конфлікт – це важлива форма взаємодії між людьми, засіб вирішення тих чи інших бізнесових проблем і самоствердження особистості в колективі.Conflict is an integral part of the life of every enterprise. Therefore, there is a need for an in-depth study of modern patterns of formation of organizational conflicts, methods of their elimination and combating their consequences. Analysis of the activities of modern enterprises shows that conflict is an important form of interaction between people, a means of solving certain business problems and self-affirmation of an individual in a team.
