Трансформація системи цінностей в процесі глобалізації

Abstract

Прагнення первісних людей забезпечити собі більш надійні умови для виживання в агресивному оточенні призвели до використання природних об’єктів та подальшому їх вдосконаленню як зброя та інструменті для полювання, обробки землі, побуту. Так закладались основи економіки, яка пройшла шлях від сільськогосподарського етапу до сучасного інформаційного. Для обслуговування економіки кваліфікованими кадрами була створена система освіти, а для врегулювання взаємовідносин членів суспільства між собою та з зовнішнім світом – держава і соціальні інститути, які формували систему цінностей суспільства. Показано, що на етапі глобалізації економіки, який вимагає високого рівня інтелектуалізації робітників, перетворюючи їх в творчі особистості, відбувається трансформація «система цінностей» у напрямку гуманізації взаємовідносин та демократизації вертикалі влади, і тим самим стає провідним чинником структури соціуму.

The desire of primitive people to provide themselves with more reliable conditions for survival in an aggressive environment led to the use of natural objects and their further improvement as weapons and tools for hunting, cultivating the land, and living. This is how the foundations of the economy were laid, which passed the path from the agricultural stage to the modern information stage. To serve the economy with qualified personnel, the education system was created, and to regulate the relations of society members among themselves and with the outside world, the state and social institutions that formed the system of society's values. It is shown that at the stage of globalization of the economy, which requires a high level of intellectualization of workers, turning them into creative individuals, the transformation of the "value system" takes place in the direction of humanizing relationships and democratizing the vertical of power, and thereby becomes a leading factor in the structure of society.
